woke up to the sight of this
having breakfast of toast and tea as i post
GBPUSD is the slight disappointment with only 30 pips in the profit
i guess someone wiser than me have decided GBPUSD is still something worth buying despite the growing Inflationary Fears in UK and the link with European Debt...

Those people posting longs here would you mind posting a chart to back up your sentiment? Or maybe something fundamental?
Fundamentally it's just a week since the Bank of England increased QE from a massive £275 to £325 billion pounds. Do you know what this means? See the daily candles?
USD is showing strength again. Look at the Swissy, USD/JPY, EUR/USD. Why fight it? Follow the trend.
Technically we reached 1.57 and bounced slightly. I doubt we will touch that number again for a while. In an uptrend you might expect 38.2 to hold but we are in a monthly, weekly and daily down trend by any definition
You seem to post calls with confidence and it's nice and chatty and friendly. Newbies might be tempted to follow you. Let's see your charts?
I see a weekly price action candle off 1.5928 which anyone on the J16 thread would have jumped on. If we were in an uptrend we would have made 1.6 before this retracement. So it's not a retracement.
So, personally, I wouldn't dream of longs just yet. So why are you? Maybe add to my shorts...
