Why? They can let EURCHF fall down below and then react with power. Why not?

The tipical intervention time is 9-10 hour in the morning and 13-16 hour. I remember only one case, when the intervention is happened at 4 o clock in the morning. It was in 2010 feruar 4. At 2 o clock the old minimum 1.4620 has brokened unexpectadly to 1.4550. At 4 o clock the price jumped more than 300 pips in a second. But it was short lived.
I do not remeber how it was then but see how deep it was low below 1.50.... I think it is possible and real that SNB will do something waiting lets say till 1.19 (this is just an example as i don't know where is real border for them)
