There is one primary factor that makes this inevitable, and that is the level of fiat creation going on in the U.S. The US is out-printing every country on the planet, not to mention out-spending. But here’s the kicker; the dollar is not only...
There is just as much fiat currency in the EZ, UK and Japan. The problem with Europe is not currency debasement but rather insolvency... not just for the sovereigns but also for the banks. Therefore, as elusive as solutions may seem for both sides of the Atlantic, all the US needs is political will to get it done, whilst what Europe needs is someone to pull a rabbit out of a hat.

In a nutshell, I tend to more look at what the possible solutions are and how feasible those same solutions are rather than what the current state is.

ADD: Think of the two sides of the Atlantic in these terms...

1. The United States of America
2. The Divided States of Europe

All depends how much you want it to rise. A small correction is in the cards. Will it happen this week? I believe so.

As for a large correction, the Euro will need a whole bottle of Viagra.

You're right this zone is very important. But with all the fundamental drive going on in both pairs will this demand still hold strong? If there was not a meltdown in EU this zone will have a lot of integrity but the fact is the dollar is in demand and the EUR is loosing it's value rapidly. Yes the EUR will be cheap but I wonder if that is good enough reason for a strong demand.

If this zone plays out into a bullish move S/D will prove to be the king of technical analysis.

Sorry I'm not talking about correction, it is long due though but i do not have any idea when, why, how that will happen ... I'm just trying to have the idea like if there is AUD or CHF retail sales (if releasing that data bad for the respective country can give a handsome edge to the opposite pair currency?) so that could lead EUR up and if yes then how much of volume these news's carry?
