Hi all, I hope everyone had a great weekend.

Entering the second week of 2012 should prove to be very interesting as EZ sovereign bond markets come under fire once more.

The sheep have had their wool trimmed and are no longer blinded by their long fringe.

Anyway, here is the latest copy of "Things that make you go Hmmmmm".

Sam says something like that in one of his videos. Something like 'most people can be handed everything to them on a silver platter but they still won't use any of it.'

I agree with S/D, makes a lot of sense. I just don't like Sam's view on stealing from 'novice' traders. I maybe misinterpreting his words, like you suggested but to be honest you can learn and trade S/D successfully without thinking about trapping or taking money from other traders. If you were in a thin market with little liquidity, competition would be fierce. That is no the case in the FX market.

I have read the document but I must say that I am not impressed.

How will this tug-of-war between the dollar and the euro end?

It can’t possibly go on forever, especially as each continues to degrade. Which one will come out on top in terms of market trust?

I think the dollar will lose…


There is one primary factor that makes this inevitable, and that is the level of fiat creation going on in the U.S. The US is out-printing every country on the planet, not to mention out-spending. But here’s the kicker; the dollar is not only being weakened to prop up their own failing system, it is also being weakened to prop up the EU!
Inflation in things we need, Deflation in things we want.

well what about this. Since most of us cant trade directly we trade thru mt4 brokers when we sell market is actually buying explains why u look at retailers positions And its always mirror price.. so if everyone entered sell it would fly lol

dollar will only rise even when us market rises. Eur is in worsed shape even though debt is lower. In us its just policy change it and us will be fine. But the whole system collapses together when trust in the scheme fails maybe next 10 yrs
