im on a low spread broker, ECN, and the 3.5 pip spread on AUDUSD is beyond a joke. the range of AUDUSD today has been 10 pips, and you cant make money with this spread. so i guess im going to go to play some pool cya guys.
im increasing my lot size this year and trading only 1 main strategy.

I'm relatively new to trading, but just out of general curiosity; I'm just wondering what the 'procedure' in forex is if a currency eventually gets removed from usage? Primarily with positions for open trades; are they instantly closed as soon as it's announced or what?
30 minutes gone ... and there was none of those members replying ...

But I am assuming that you are asking because of Greece or Italy or Countries like that ...
And their former local currencies have never not lost its value ...
All those members original currencies are still valid ad infinitum ...
The launching of the EURO has not been a currency reform ! ! !
Maybe you cannot pay at a gasoline station with LIRA or PESETO currently ...
But you can go to an Exchange Bank ... and then you can ...
A currency does not implode ! ! !
It will be same way reverse then ... in FOREX TRADING PROCEDURES ...
For an Italian or Greece they will be replaced again then ... to their former local currencies ...
No problem to do that ...
So ... don't worry ... it will not be imploding ...
