1.5900 level broken down - entered my long scalps as we dropped. Still expecting a close in the 1.5900 area. So will close there.

Not a bad area to look at possible longs.... it will depend on a couple of things.. A touch at 1.5860 ish area would be the preferred long attempt - but I am looking at longing again from this region ( 1.5890 - 1.5860)

Haha, I've got some longs I took again from the very low 1.59s. I'm not messing with shorts, but willing to add some more longs in the 1.5925 area.

I think we'll head higher to the mid/upper 1.60s since we haven't broken the daily range yet.

As crazy as it is, I think we could see new highs on the daily. With all the bad that is happening in Europ, they're trying to make everyone think it's going to be ok. The smart people know it's not going to be. The problem is, there's just too many people expecting a fall-out right now which generally means the market will want to catch them off guard, run up one last time, and then really plummet.

That's my feel...

Crazy price action today. The more I look at this, the more it's starting to look like a potential bull flag on the 4 hour and daily charts. I can post a chart later if anyone is interested.

From a fundamental standpoint...

If things "cool off" in Europe (aka, the general public believes the lies that everything will be fine), my guess is that the US is the next to be in the lime light. We saw it happen in 2008 and I don't think this is any different (probably worse). My prediction... Bernanke pulls QE3 out of the ol' bag of tricks, the USD gets slammed as everyone sings koom-ba-ya (completing the bull flag), and eventually the sh*t hits the fan and market tanks 2008 style
