The pending short order at that level is not set yet, all I am saying is that it could go to that level and bounce back down. But if it breaks that level and does not show signs of resistance then the order should not be placed.

I dont specify targets on most of my forecasts, because people have different styles and some go for 100 pips trade, while others set different limits. The most natural target is the first support on the charts, which could be a curve or a straight line. In this case its the inner perimeter of the blue circle which is around the lows of 3700/3725

As price moves, then target gets readjusted.

But it all depends on your trading style what target you are choosing. You can look at indicators to see oversold condition or use fibonaccis.

Given the hesitation being experienced with the EUR the current projection has a possibility of happening, but overall on the hourly we are at a sell.

So far the lows of 3700 were able to provide some support, lets see whether the pole of the red circle will break or we will be bound by the inner region of the blue circle.

The way these prices have been going up and down between last week and this week +400 pips from 3850 and -600 pips from 4250 is putting a different view on the approach that this pair will take within the next 40-60 days on going downwards.

But as the diagram shows, we will be having 61.8 and 76.8 fib retracements between the blue curve and the combination of red curve / green line.

This up and down motion will continue until the end of the year, helping all the big traders to collect their bonuses by year end, and blame the drop of the EUR on 2012 and everything else that goes with it.

So I am just giving this notice by looking at my charts and the way that these support and resistances are being obeyed, and price action behaving towards them.

There seems to be behaviour being exerted at the different supports and resistances which imply large scale retracements on the daily time frame till year end, with gradual slide downwards along the green straight trendline.
