Dislikedquestion now is will the previous 1hr swing hi (prev resistance) just breeched in this move to upside now act as support on any test of it from this topside of it ?

What I see is dollar index forming a bottom on the 15 min chart....Euro having a hard time pushing 1.3850 and oil really chopping up and down......so yes - this trade is a risk.....but what trade is not a risk. I believe that there is more Risk Reward at this level for a short then a long. As well.....we are also above the highs from yesterday when the bogus news came out about the 2 trillion rescue fund - so I believe that news is now baked into the price......if they say yes it is 2 trillion today or tomorrow....I don't see much more of a rally.....and...

Probably a good place for your stop if you intend to stay in it...price at a previous 1hr/4hr swing hi now and of course just above that is a previous 1hr/4hr/daily swing hi to 5867...your stop falls above that..just above your stop 5888 area is 76.4% of the 6082-5270 move down.
