I really wish I'd listen to my own analysis sometimes. That drop would've been good for about +60 had I opened on the cable and the euro

i know what you mean.
try to use lower lots when get a position, maybe start with lowest your broker allow.
once you get more profit trades you can then increase a bit step by step and feel more confident on your strategy
must not forget that with a 0.1 lots if a good strategy you can earn a lot of money (weekly and monthly speaking), more than every other job!
Most definitely. My current risk management strategy is to trade lot sizes that only risk 1% of my account per 25 pips which is my average stop loss. If I trade longer term or riskier positions I'd drop to half the lot size and place a 50 pip stop loss. For some reason I still just don't believe my ideas some times. In this case, I had the call and my entry point got hit but I didn't go in on it. Much to my dismay the pair dropped like a rock which it has continued to do even now!
Oh well, my confidence is getting better now that this is happening....
....Oh man! My stomach hurts over here! All these pairs that like to move in tandem all moving down further and further after I wimped out of pulling the trigger. I'd be well over 100 pips right now.

Hey BBking I did not respond because I thought his answer was appropriate.....anyways....I guess I just referenced my previous post for anyone that did not see it in the first place. I am a Historian and I am used to footnoting everything that I write about.......hopefully it did not take up too much server space!!!
