I agree with your analysis. Interesting circles. If you don't mind me asking, how do you base the center and the diameter of the circles? It is uncanny how they track price action and vice versa.

Most of the time I play around with the circles till I find the perfect fit,
but overall there are 3 concepts that I apply:

1. Choose a point on the graph in such a way so that motion begins or ends at the perimeter of the circle and ends up or starts again in a different direction at the center of the circle

2. Encompass full Impusles waves on the diameter of a circle.

3. Motions that are spikes or a strong bounces, I try to position a circle on the base where the movement starts in such a way so that motion is bouncing inwards or outwards from the POLE of the circle.


The above 3 methods can be used to gage motion as it gets close to the center or pole of the circle.

The center can slow down or add momentum to the movement, depending on how motion is approaching it, and whether you see signs of slowdown.

Also the pole of a circle is the toughest area, and whether motion goes through it or slows down at it, tells a lot about the intensity of the move.

You can use cirlces on straight trendline to show you the intensity of different touch points on a line, although sometimes like what we are facing now circles and lines fail to tell you anything

Very cool, I'll play around and see if I can figure out how to use this. In any event I've arrived at basically the same conclusion (?) using a different approach, so now we'll just have to wait and see. Last couple of days asia sold this pair heavily only to see London and New York push it back up. I say too much kool-aid and this thing is ready for a big fall. Stay tuned and thanks for sharing,

Hi my EURUSD friends.
since there is no important event in these hours related to EURUSD, i like to share an opportunity to trade on AUDUSD that comes in a few hours.
just check the forexfactory for EMployment Change news of Australia and i the last three times of this news we had 50-70 pips move on AUDUSD in a few minutes just after that news.
BE careful that the move will be more significant if all of the followings exist:
1- the pair in range or consolidation at least for 1-3 hours before releasing the australia news.
2- A is significantly different from F, and if the actual number is in opposit direction of the forcast then we can expect a stronger move after releasing the news.
3- Most of the times Employment Change and Unemployment Rate of Australia release together at the same time. Please make sure that you focus on EMployment Change statistics and this is the more important news than unemployment rate.

Yeah, well I always felt uncomfortable betting against you. Like you, I got smacked last week Lazy analysis and underestimating the fear factor. Decided to keep my powder dry this week and returned home this afternoon to see utter carnage on the charts. Superb stuff.

Was hoping to see one of your magnificent charts. Sh!t out of luck there I guess because you've logged off.

I was wondering that myself, I came back to enter a TP and that big old red candle just sat there for a few minutes, I have never seen a spike sit at a level for so long.
