I am not sure if we have the same 4H chart, but i beileve we do.
4H is still a strong bullish with no indication for drop yet (it may not be able to up more because we are at the strong resistence around 3850 area, which was 50% of the last 1400 pips drop from 4550 to 3150 and overbought.)
3700 was broken yesterday and it is supposed to turn to a support by now so i dont know why you are so confident it will drop 200 pips..

It could be, even weekly chart still shows bearish.. it is even possible to drop to 1.2XXX but it is still bullish on 4H now and we still need to wait for 4H turn to bearish to start short.
