I've already file an audit investigation form. No that it matters, but what could you possibly do other than look at the progress.
I need results, not someone to check the progress.
Your job here is public relations, nothing more, nothing less.
I'm sure FXCM has one of you assigned to every major forex forum just to keep an eye on their name.

agreed, what hell is there to look into, audit trail, this that BS.

i phone my broker they admitted it a fault for EVERYONE and refunded and re-instated my acc. in 5mins! just take ur business somewhere else simple...
Retest of .9000 could be a good place to go long?

If my offer to help came across as anything less than sincere I do apologize. I understand you may be skeptical, but I'm willing to help you as I have with everyone else in the forum and anyone who has contacted me through the FXCM thread or directly by email. My track record of helping our traders through the forum since 2009 speaks for itself. If we were more interested in public relations than helping our traders, we would probably have a robot automating messages to traders .

Our audit team will review the trade and make sure it is corrected accordingly. If you have any questions or need assistance with anything, please don't hesitate to let me know.

It seem that Usd/Chf is heading to 1.0000 again few months from now, especially that it is still holding above retracement on the daily chart, latest was retracing after hit of 0.9000.
Must also take in consideration Euro/Chf & Gbp/Chf are still on low levels so by time they continue a powerful upward movement the Usd/Chf would move accordingly toward 1.0000

This seems a no-brainer pair at the moment. With the Swiss central bank saying they will weaken the currency if needed is there any downside at all to staying long?

I went long in a major way when the bank announcement hit (6th Sept). I haven't made a fortune but it has been a very good earner so far and I think I'll be in this pair for many months to come.

The CHF is "value" at around 1.06. 92 cents is quite absurd for this pair (I lived in Switzerland for 10 years and I know how unsupportable this rate is).

I'm in for the long term and entirely expect to quit this deal well above parity before Winter (and the ski season) set in.
this pair still need down at least 0.89-88 before next up again so this good for sell R:R
