Appreciate any comments on this demo setup...

Chart 1 shows 4H, with major s/r areas marked with magenta lines. Bias is up on 4H for me.

Chart 2 shows entry zoomed in and third shows entry zoomed out to see the TP levels...TP2 coincides with my 4H resistanace line.

Would anyone else trade this, why or why not? Thanks in advance

nice take mate, we shouldn't consider the dragon, as the assumption is we cannot see the past...what can do?
Ignored
Oh, I saw two moving average lines. I though it was a dragon tunnel
I'll sell it anyway, by considering the last bar chart, then pray the price will break the close support as saw in chart. ( I only buy when the last bar close above open )
Place my SL+1 above highest price and if the price floating profit+30, I will set my SL to BEP.

entered long on this pair, key points:
1. big picture H4 shows reversal in completion.
2. M15 clear wave up, and near-term R turned into S and tested.
3. other sonic R rules ok.
have extra space for SL due to wide spread on this pair.
we will see.

seeing through

here I have a challenge question for all Sonicers to think and share your ideas.
Q: as the chart show, if we cannot see the past, you have to trade it, what 's your trading plan? how will you trade it?
Ignored

On the assumptions that:
- cannot see the Past Chart
- cannot see other time frames
- cannot see the Dragon
- cannot see Other indicators

Firstly, draw at least 2 horizontal lines on this chart for high/resistance and low/support. Look for Supply Zone and Demand Zone.

Secondly, can either draw a Swing Wave or just draw 2 parallel slopping Trendlines.

Thirdly, observe how price action reacts to the horizontal lines, then how price action reacts to the trendlines.
Then buy/sell based on price actions and candlestick patterns around those horizontal lines(Supply Zone and Demand Zone).

and..... she bounced to almost the .382 level. 25 pips out of it. I bought at the line and and sold at 1.4450 Fibs do work very well especially the .500 on major runs. .25 is almost a gurantee. Usually .382 is hit most of the time. This time very close. Which is which is why I go short or to the closest S/R level near it thus out at .44"50" CHF today went 0.382 off of major drop. The went to a 75% reversal to another 75%. :-)

Hi traders,

Since you all know that risk management is more important than system, here is a 'friendly' reminder to stick to your discipline:

This system looks promising.. I like the L H LH HH concept, it appeals to my personality. Makes my thinking much easier. Will read the rest of the thread and then start demoing. Thanks Sonic!

No itīs not - I waited almost a day for this setup...Not Sonic in a traditional way but somewhat related if you disregard Ep point

Just goes to show how important s+r or supply/demand areas are for any trading system. Or you may call it momemtum in the market around s+r areas.

Cable broke through an important resistance area today that I would expect to become support, and I'm short-term bullish biased. I'll be looking for long SonicR entries at 1.6500 or above. If I look for a CT entry it will need to be after 1.6475 turns back to resistance.

1. Wait for next London session. As the London session approaches, it becomes a new "Jack-in-the-Box" time,.....dum...de....dum....de.....BANG! And the "Bang" can be in either direction without regard for PA history!

2. In the London session, look for a proper HL sequence for a classic Sonic R. long or short setup.

3a. If there is such a setup, enter it per Sonic R. rules, so long as the trade does not immediately face the obstacle of significant S&R (you need to know where the S&R levels are).

3b. If there is a setup facing immediate S&R, hold off. PA may fail there. If PA eventually makes it thru, there is always the chance PA will come back to "test" that level, which makes for a good Sonic R. re-entry.

Regards,
-tah
