4 hourly showing cable trying to touch top of bb band, which seems to coincide with some fib resistence. Looking to short the 1.6375 area. From a fundimental view I really don't see cable being over 1.64 justified so really expect any vists into that area as pretty extreme even with its newly acquired "safe haven" status- lol
