Every other type of Bond, Note and Strip will see their haircuts raised by 1% across the board. Same with Agency debt. and Only foreign debt will see an increase of 2% in the Bill space, and 0.5% in Notes and Bonds.

Couple that with hatzius's croney sven stehn insinuating that hatizus's december prediction of a "golden age" was...

Yea well cloggies a good trader but very often biased to his views and whenever technicals not working accordingly he will blame the Fundies, when the fact is Fundies is what drives the Market in a bigger scope while Techs drive the market in normal market conditions where demand and supply working in harmony...

sorry, i totally mis-inteperated the fundamentals...i thought this whole debt ceiling would make it more a risk adverse environment, but forgot in this case that money wont flow into dollar...so now hoping for a 100pip drop to make my loss more palatable...chances of that...not very high

if resistance turned support 4460 holds then we are looking at 5171 here

Now, now to interpret this all you just need to find out is that US is a warzone... Republicans against the Democrats, problem is whenever they try to come with a solution, they will disagree to the deaths... and this is bloody slowing an economy down... look at the effect of the budget cut 2 months ago which had a brief government shutdown... and look at what the effect was on the NFP 3 weeks ago... VERY VERY bad indeed...
The Debt ceiling is also another form of the Budget Cut talks...
Debt ceiling to be raised provides the government more money to spend on its budget...... its basically undoing what they did 2 months ago on their budget talks... see the irony?? thats why boehner is fighting obama no matter what....

wow dude... you're quite the long term trader... 5161 is kinda far for me to predict dude... its like saying eurusd to reach 1.35 if US manages to pull themselves out of this debt ceiling mess....
