I disagree. Neither the CHF nor any other currency is a safe haven anymore. Especially the franc is just too small to handle all this. It's a giant bubble. There is too much money out there in panic mode looking for safety which isn't there. Switzerland is a nice country with nice people living there but it is too tiny. It can't save the world. There will be a global cut sooner or later.

The SNB will intervene as soon as there are defletionary signs again. With the rising franc there not only will be no inflation anymore but deflation danger will come back. Most people think they won't intervene and if so they will fail. Both is wrong.

EUR/CHF will be at 1.40 next year.

Hey guys,
I don't know why some of you are going long on this pair right now.
Maybe because you're a scalper or a just trade very very short tf's.

Anyway, the USA seems to have really really big troubles, troubles like 1/6 of population is unemployed, streets are having holes, everything gets older and no cash to maintain the basic infrastructure.
The USD has a big inflation and we all know, that they gonna print even more of this dollar paper :-). Even the state can't pay their bills...
(how to get rid of 14'300'000'000 debts (did I miss a few zeros?!))

Letz have a look at Switzerland, this is where I live at the moment. Streets are clean, we have a working industry and our unemployment rate is sinking :-D

So of course it depends on your TF but I don't see any reason expect for intervention fears (but thats an other story) to go long on usd/chf right now.

check monthly, weekly, daily and then 1hour chart and reconsider your long positions. its your choice and I also don't know the future, but thats how I see it :-)

1. oct USD/CHF around ~0.75 :-)

Stay out of the market, from the 60 minute chart we are in a correction moving against the 4 hour and the daily, why try and buck the trend.

Agreed, but still a corrective swing ,which means trading against the 4 hour, but sure a break above .8198 may see the corrective swing extend a bit further.
