Agree with you. I'd not consider longs right now. Entered EP short = 1.4008. Have pending EP2 short at 1.4028.

Hi kin89. I apologize that nobody responded to your request for comments, which I now see. Based on...

1. London session
2. Proper PA Wave
3. Dragon down
4. PA below Dragon

....your entry was great. The thing that you missed was the fact of the upcoming USD High Impact release. Something like that can really screw up the setup.

Just my opinion, but I think the BBs dropped price before the release, so they could be on the way up when it hit....making all look real positive for those wanting to go long. 'Course, the BBs were just waiting for the long buyers.....so the BBs could add extra shorts.

Right now, PA is not far from the yesterday low. It is above the Dragon, and it could still go higher. In which case Doncex has a real nice trade afoot. But, as the BBs did last Friday, they could pull the rug at any time, sending PA to new lows.

The bottom line here is that with PA in a highly volatile state, and with high impact releases still coming, it is sometimes best to wait things out because the BBs love these conditions to put on their "Whipsaw Show".

In about 4.5 hours is the USD High Impact FOMC Meeting Minutes release. Meanwhile, PA is involved in an upwards move.

Just my opinion, the BBs are going to keep the price up until at least then. They will be looking for liquidity for shorting. And if they keep up the price, long buyers might come in to provide that liquidity.

Afterwards, the BBs will trash it. Consider the larger PA Wave showing the PA bounce up at the whole number, and the potential for PA to later come back down and break thru it (2nd M15 pic).

Gaps, if still unfilled for more than 60 minutes on the open and trending away from the gap are more likely not to fill than to fill.

I haven't been trading 10,20,30 years or so but from my exp. I have always seen a gap get filled, might take 5 min, might take 1 month but I always seen it get filled. There has been so many times in the past where I would trade a gap and always got nervous and ended up closing the trade just to find out the gap ended up filling, I am still long at 1.4200 but have been shorting this sucker as well.....

I have an EU short trade with an average EP short = 1.3730. I am still waiting for that gap to fill.

I am liking the way this is starting to look. With hours to go before the London session, there is plenty of time for this to be pulled back down, maybe timed to be at the lows again with the start of the Frankfurt or London open. No matter the specifics, this has that "upward lift look".

....well, it should. Based on the Montly chart, this is at a "lifetime low". In my imagination, the BBs have recently been hard at work taking it down repeatedly....at every excuse...to build long positions. When this takes off, it could be like the successor to the Saturn V!

About 10 minutes before Frankfurt open and this could be breaking out. Either that, or a head fake, drop into London open, and break out later.
