Euro goes to 1.4448, will post chart after london open, its a buy at market for now imho

Just a quick chart with circle analysis,

Had some difficulty posting chart, I guess this will for now, both good and bad criticism welcome

4365 is the maximum up move for now. Lower trendline in blue will provide enough of a support for the motion to go up toward the weak area of the red circle which conjuncts the upper black trendline around 4365 region.

We can either have a spike to 4340 followed by a quick rebound

OR

We can have a slow, corrective motion probably resembeling a contracting triangle moving towards the center of the red circle.

In both cases we have a good rebound towards the blue curve around 4240 region.

Overall the region between 4350 and 4365 is a good sell region. 4260 is a high risk but still with proper money management could be profitable.

new buy entered 1.4260, stoploss 17pips, the market is always right everytime not you , me , him or someother heh hehe lol

Point taken, shouldnt post chart so quick but we are all learners.

When a circle breaks, it does not necessairly mean that trend is switching. Sometimes adjusting the circle a bit differently will give another view that could still be quite valid.

This happens in conditions where there are not a lot of points that you can put on a curve and the point where the retracement starts was close but not exactly on the original curve that was drawn.

Here is yet another valid possibility. If we go below 4215 then there is no upmove anymore.

We'll see...

China has 70% of her 2 Trillions dollars plus holdings in US dollars, and this makes me think, if Chinese leaders are the smartest leaders in this era, I will follow their lead. China must know something about USD that we don't know, may be in a long term USD may survive while EUR goes under. It could be this year, next year or couple of years down the road, because, EUR has to cruise through the PIIGS, now we are only on G. After all, EU leaders are contouring on only 12 billion Euro for Greeks and I think EUR days are numbered!!

I will hold my line on EUR/USD SHORT for now but limited exposure!

Send your idea to mt4 developers they might add circular trend lines in mt4 platform.

EUR is still targeting the 4320-4345 region for today, just a different approach this time...

There might be one final spike towards the 4350 region before the final dip.

This is also a good example of showing that when a pole of a circle gets broken, the thrust through that circle is severe, and will either slow down as its distance gets close to the center of the circle or go right through to the other perimeter of the circle.

There is one last spike that is left to complete the requirement from both a ElliotWave Perspective and trendline perspective. This last spike should land in the vicinity of 4340-4350 region.

Majority of the time, NOT ALWAYS, when a buy happens the last digit is either 1,2,3,4,or 5

That means when the market hits the turning point that it needs for a buy these are the digits that the currency stops at.

For example:

4192,4211,4074,etc.

Notice the 2 in 4192, the last 1 in 4211, and the last 4 in 4074.

So when you put a pending order for a buy you try to put it in such a way where the last digits hits one of ones I mentioned.

For a sell the last digit is either 6,7,8,or 9 in most cases.

So for example if we are to put a sell order to sell the EUR at 4330, its better to put it at 4328.

If we are going to put a sell order to sell the EUR at 4340, its better to put it at 4336,or 4337,or 4338, or 4339, but not 4340.

Same concept with 4350. You dont put orders at that level, you put pending orders at 4346 or 4347 or 4348 or 4349 but not 4350.

This is just additional fine tunning to get the perfect spot to catch the dragon by its tail

What did you base the drawing of the red line on? Was it already there and the PA moved around it or did you draw that one after the fact to form the channel with the blue line?

Good Question, I was looking for a line that had pushed currency down on M5 and was a action reaction line. The best one that I could see was that red line. The first 3 touches at 4220 were obvious spot to choose the curve, and I was considering the other spot to be the spike at 4290, but it wasnt exactly fitting well, and I figured the spike at 4290 could be classified as a false break of red trendline.

The other thing that I noted was that in the Impulse that I had shown wave 1 is 57 pips, ususally wave 5 and wave 1 relate to each other by 0.618 or they are equal. So that makes wave 5 around 30-40 pips. or roughly close to the red curve shown.
thats why I had to consider a false break at 4290, and since the pair is showing hesitation, it means more move in the same direction
