i'm stopping for the week too. I had a good week. Closing this week of trading with a good 9% profit.
my ea did +1267 pips. I'm pretty happy.
Easy trading this week though. It's not always that easy.

hi all

as i said before we need a real break to 1.6192 area to continue moving to 1.6275 then 1.6322 anyway 4 hour chart still got up pressure but 1 hour chart facing sell pressure

do you watch the trend or u just enter a trade base on what u think. Forex can be so complex than watching and jumping into a trade anyway Goodluck

All watch for reversal near the 1.6254 area. Break there should target 1.6342. On the downside, reversal near 1.6254 should target 1.6080 and break of 1.6080 should indicate that whole correction from 1.6547 is resuming for 1.5937 support

Just quoting numbers here doesn't cut it. We need to see where you got the number from? Post a chart with your analysis. It might be trend lines, support and resistance, fibonacci levels, ma levels. I might even be impressed by a star chart.

ya. pull up your hourly, there is demand at 1.6220-1.640, and below that is some supply. moreover, there is more demand at the recent bottom. monday will be more clear.

But I can tell you what it does. It analyse the trend. And follow it.
What I have seen is the best way to trade.

So many people try to find the bottom of an trend. I say, just follow it. And if there is a bottom good for you. stop the trade and good the other way, follow that trend. But if you keep trying to go against thinking it's the end and goes further more, you will lose so much money.

indeed... u r right 'bout do not go against the trend... so.. u r doing some back testing I see.. aye.. try to analyse what I've been analyse for the rest of the month with what u r doing now.. this is my Daily chart... hope this will help your back testing..'hege fund manager'...

Very true, problem is how to be sure of the trend direction? For instance, I see GBPUSD, EURUSD, EURGBP all trending up now over the next couple of days at least? Am I right or wrong? Would appreciate your views.

My broker's platform closes an hour early! Closing price is 16177 and yet my demo platform closed at 16189

Anyone else have the same problem with their broker? It's a real nuisance on a Friday!
