Your are not allowed to calc your losses against your wins so you don't get taxed. In Germany e.g. you got that tax but are also allowed to offset your losses.

spreadbetting is considered gambling. Theres no tax on gambling in the UK.

Exactly mate, still looking that level although selling zone for London are around 4170 with stops 4212. Its Friday still we can expect the unexpected.

Lol @ the video. It seems that Boxer is unaffected by a flurry of punches.

Id rather bet on a boxer, as i practised kickboxing for almost 3 y, but i was younger then.

Yeah but i think the actual reason that it is not taxable is that you are not allowed to offset your losses. According to revenue paradigms you can only be taxed on money gains where you can also offset your losses.

It is very bad rules in Denmark for forex trading .At the end of the year you have to pay up to 59% in tax of what you earned . You dont get any deduction of what you lost .But if you trade shares then you get some money back of what you lost ...

I've been at this game now for about 8 months and only just starting to make a bit of 'real' not demo money, but no where near enough to live on.

If I don't make it soon (within the next month) I'm going to have to go back to a job I hate.......

Can someone help me with what's happening on the 1H EURUSD?

Is this a wedge, or the beginnings of a reverse H&S or a bearish flag formation?

Or none of the above? Just trying to see what's actually there and not what I want to see

I agree with Sisse. I don't want to rain on your parade, but 8 months is near impossible unless you're some kind of machine and have had excellent mentoring right from the start. I would say that when you have achieved 12 months live trading consistently compounding and beating your target % per month without deviation, then maybe you are ready. Until then you're going to have to make it in the real world!

Before you ask, I managed seven months consistently making more than my target 20% a month, tripled my account (I thought I'd made it) and then had some shitty personal circumstances took too many iffy trades and blew the lot. And I've been trading over 3 years now.

I'm not beaten though, and know that I can make a living as a trader. The important thing is not to rush it. Do not put any more pressure on yourself by quitting your job. Take your time, do not set too high goals and aim for consistency. Good luck.

Good stopping volume, accumulation & distribution , price flat/stalled ,bull in moderate controll & bear trying with hammar weapons to take controll back already lost for the time being at least . so longs there with tolerable sl & tp set next mofu line 4286 ( below few pips ofcourse ) to see in the evening only .some price pattern should be there , forget now , hammar >counter hammer > hammer to decide . pray for me at the same time , can't sit more , hurting my eyes. slow internet connection also killing !!

none above,
can transform to bear flag [need another High probably around 4260]
can transform to inverse H&S [need a breakout above 4250]

but not wedge..[so far]
