i've read this recommendation : UBS long USD/CHF at .8797, targetting recovery to .9060, stop loss at .8700

OK - here we are at 8850. Now.

Now, below target of 8500 has been hit basically off by 50 pips.

Dying to short. DXY made 3.5 yr fresh low last week. So here we go.
Up and Down. This pair can trade simply in intervals of 50 and 100 at a clip.
Usually after a substantial move or even a small move down, pair reacts up to face renewed rejection.

Short now 8850 targets working in 100s with rounded numbers
1. 8800 breach and sustain signals -retain or re-short on retracement to
2. 8700
3. 8600 and 8560 - breach and hold of 8560 signals short to 8100.

Upside targets. If 8900 breached and held.
1. .9000
stiff resistance here so in case of 9000 breach.
2nd Target will come in at
9280.

That's it for now.

Resting shorts at 9150 and 9200 - dumped the other trade for small loss... to get better entry. Still sticking to my downside bias and target of 8500

I have only a very small Long position at the time which I intend to hold on till above parity.

Not ready to add to that position at present time.

If she clears 9000 then pops and holds 9300 I will consider positioning.

Otherwise just looking for 40 to 85 in either direction.

After the bounce we had this morning, the 1-2,i-ii alternate looks a lot better now than the A-B-C flat, if this plays out could be a very big usd rally in store.

Have you got any reason for that other than it would be a nice a high point by some previous support and resistance?
