PipChick: Remember what I said to you in the PM - that on entry the trade almost never goes against you - so far that has been the case with all the PM trades I have sent to you days in advance of the entry. on a bull market this is the time im looking in to buy, however im already wrestling the AUD so i dont want to over extend myself.

the picture hasnt changed, the dollar still weak, fundamentally there is nothing that can keep this long term or actually turn the market bearish.

we did have a big bullish wave advance, we are seeing a rubber band snap corrective...

Infinitus: Its clear as day. The ECB and The FEDS planned this move.

In Bernake's press conference he said he will not be raising interest rates unless the conditions in the market reflects that and that QE will end JUNE

So what does everyone do, dump the dollar - nice run up everyone makes loads of money regardless of the EUR debt crisses.

Today, Trichet, Quotes TIM and also with conviction says he strongly agrees with BEN and TIM that a stronger dollar is the best thing for both countries.

So what does everyone do - dump the EUR - well all currencies.

No one cannot tell me that this was not a planned move between the two of them

If we bouce it will be hard and fast

I will be looking for sells only till i see something change on a 12 hour charts

Looking for potential entry at 1.4625 , above that we may have just seen a shake out of the markets.

Agree with the 4625 area malcolmb. I am really thinking this is a shake out or just a larger pullback for another run up. Of course I could totally be wrong but its how I am seeing it at the moment.

I wouldn't go that far but the signs are pointing that it will be a disappointing one. That should be enough to stop this slide and allow it to regroup.
