If it is the first one, wave 4 should be complex and more sideway, since wave 2 was a simple zigzag which retraced high.

Target may be the subwave 4 area (skewed triangle) between around 460 and 455 (see 15 min chart)

its a big fall 379 pip total

this is the kind of move that makes me want to go long and catch the retracement.

for every action there is an oposite reaction, wave and counter wave.

on a bull market this is the time im looking in to buy, however im already wrestling the AUD so i dont want to over extend myself.

the picture hasnt changed, the dollar still weak, fundamentally there is nothing that can keep this long term or actually turn the market bearish.

we did have a big bullish wave advance, we are seeing a rubber band snap corrective wave. ranged for days with no clear way, once it broke out, it was like a pressure out of a volcano.

watch for mommentum loss, and proceed very carefully

it is safer to buy on panic than to buy near the top.

I saw crude so I am wondering...does this mean gas will go down for the weekend? I doubt it. But, we could just be looking for a test of the monthly bull flag TL around 4340 area.

The never go down one way euro took a small fall off the cliff as the USD has started to come back from a near death experience. It is not dead yet as was repeated over and over by so many.

Potential risk-reward is brilliant.

If its a losing trade and we close below 1.4519 on H4, Short becomes equally inviting and profitable.
