now few minutes next h1 can tell another boost to 6580

looking to buy a pullback although have sneaky suspoicion this reaction is 'overdone' but that would be confusing fundie analysis with a tech pullback so still looking to buy a pullback if one sets-up okay.

Trade what you see not what you think - also springs to mind. Lol

Price holding up well, no meaningful pullback as yet.....more potential resistance leading to that 6599 Hi overhead with daily R2/monthly R2 pivots 6583/90 area too.

at start of 2011 was told 4-0-5 (another vote for rates increase) if GDP would have been in green area.

unlikely I would say as even with this Q1 +0.5% Gdp it only gets back the Q4 2010 -0.5%..so zero economic growth over last 6mths and with dip in headline cpi # to 4.0% from 4.4% last time round, 3-0-6 most likely to remain, but who knows....time will tell.

why do you think I was talking about 5th may maximum 9th june for the rate rise

last week I said that in 2 weeks we might see the hike and 2 weeks means first week of may

but I still wait for a drop to at least 1.6380....hmmm

time will tell

today is not a good day to trade.GDP and USD news later today.

maybe the USD will be so good GBP will be hit indeed by that meteorite

really now,stay out of the news days.

Good morning. GDP figures met target but I'm thinking the BBA mortgage approvals figure held more weight. "Loan approvals for house purchase in the United Kingdom rose for a third consecutive month in March and was the biggest in eight months". I was holding back from going long yesterday as we did not properly break the Asia high and in any case I would have liked to see a test of 1.64 before going long. It may still happen.

Anyway, looks like we are going to test 1.66 first, which was missed by a whisker last week.

I'm looking for a 1.645 area now.
we might see it today

no confirmation yet but will look for it

on GJ we will go down to 135 level today.

first tp is 50 pips down from 136 and second TP is 135

we'll see if it plays for the second TP


but don't follow .news day anyway

i agree in 6380's
now i closed half +80
left the other SL +10 tight below 6500
6500 need confirmation before more up.
did it on thiner volumes around easter.

later USA bernanke i really dont know what they will do.
i posted a USDX yesterday, i think 73.30 is last before the 71's
will FED stop this dollar crash?

Last closed 1hr candle engulfed the last 17 on that t/f...a master bullish thrust engulfing that broke out of recent highs and closed above the descending trend line on that t/f
