I dont understand anyone who doesn't believe in Support & Resistance. Did anyone else notice that PA stopped RIGHT AT the strong support @ 1.4215? I was already in a buy, then I placed a buy right at that point now just WATCH as PA soars back up!!!! The market knows EXACTLY where it's at!!!!

It was my "Stranger" hand...

6-8 weeks of healing and I should be back to full use.

But ya know how that goes...the flesh and bones heal, but the pain always remains...

My wife viewed it in a positive light in that I wouldn't spend as much time in the forums...

I can still 1 hand peck with the best of them...she is sad...

4215 strong support? Based on what premis? Price closed above 4215 on Friday for the first time since 2010... so how has is proven itself as strong support? We closed above it one day in 2010 and the next day it ran away like a scared little girl... no proven support there yet IMHO.

Just for clarification, so your trading logic is purely based on market depth (bid/ask), and regardless of the historical price movement?

After sold at 40423, do you mean you got out of it and reverse to long position at market when you said rolled the position? ( I assuming you mean 42423 if you mean for EU, coz price of 40423 was never there).

To my understanding, you are using IB, do you think the Market depth they provided has value that form the basis of trading?(obviously you already had as now). But as a decentralized market as forex, the liquidity from one broker is not representative of the whole market, and what you see in one broker's order flow might totally neutralized or overcome by contrary order flow from others.

So how do you determine if there is trend roll if you only look at Bid/Ask, unless you take consideration of price bounce of 40, keeping an eyes on support/resistance, trend line, MA, etc?

Not sure I quite understand you... I trade using S&R, trendlines, & Fibs. But I find it absolutely incredible that the market touched TO THE PIP 1.4215 before heading back up north.... happens time and again.....

Yes Venice... 1.4215 is very strong resistance.. just go to H1 & see how many times PA respected that point!

You guys think we'll see a continued uptrend to the very important 1.42800 area where 3 different lines of heavy resistance take place?
