I'm using between 10% to 80% of account. But only because i am trying to grow equity to a certain goals and fast. Once that achieved i may switch to 5%-10% a trade strictly.

Bro, the % you use is very high indeed, kind of worry about you. You should stick to <2% margin per trade instead. Cheers!

Attachment 4 Hour supply shown as 16228> 16264.
50% of that zone is 16246 ...cable loves the fifty. Price looks to be hitting support at 16241. Confluence with LTL line is at 16264. At this stage of play on the higher time frames this zone is playing an extremely tense balance of buyers and sellers.

3) habituation to using manual entries ,stops and exit from trades.

if it hit 1.6300 , i guess we can expect 1.6340 to be taken out for a new high
