Bearish engulfing on the daily chart as shown below.
White lines are possible targets ( of course long term = daily chart ).
1.6000 is still they key,once closed below we should see a solid drop.

again..same view...possible Monday close below 1.598 where another 300-400pips down the road from this area.....if this happen, i would not suprice to see the collapse of GBPUSD and EURUSD until Sept 2011 for min 1000pips under water....

so let focus phase by phase n watch how it react....for long, just a reminding. Its is not a good idea atm...scalping should be fine...

as always i could be wrong and enjoy ur weekend and happy pippin...

p/s: Next week i will join GU, EY as well as Gold only...

forget about daily bro....it's just a matter of time

should now look n focus at ur weekly and monthly tho.....

On the weekly..

UTL 5Nov. 2007/14July2008
LTL 7Jun.2010/27 Dec. 2010

Confluence with Supply as i see 16035-16334.

Good for bears:200 ema broke above UTL 20 Dec. 2011
Bad for bears price respected LTL on the same day

I dont see any established direction . I will be trading what i see off the M30 ( thanks Gsantri) drilling down to the M1. Keeping eye on DX.

Hi grashid,

Would you please check my post about the bearish sentiment and potential targets. I had specified three days ago about short targets and 2 of them are fulfilled. Also I has specified long opp. for risky appetite traders abobe 1.597 and also it succeeds for target of 60 pips. Your opinion is important. Thank you in advance.

I will be VERY cautious on terminal wave count on WAVE 5.
1. It broke the trendline support
2. It also broke down descending triangle.
3. $ index seems to be strong which broke out ascending triangle.

As above reason, I would be cautions on Long gbpusd pair.
