why do you let all this fearmongering get close to you...things will never change, you only can control a mass which is in fear. this is the game, nothing else are the financial markets and the surrounding forms the stage.

world wars and what else can you remember happened during the last 100 years...how much did the media made you scare. it was 100 years ago and it will be the same in 100 years since human psychology, escpecially mass psychology does not change in a few hundred years. now look at this chart- during catastrophies and a handful potential world endings we rallied to the moon. as simple as that

just play the game and know the rules. #1 which i only can emphasize over and over again: dump the news and just quit interpreting them! they are not for your advantage.

what I always say "turn off everything and enjoy being outdoors for 90 days and see how much your life changes" & "how different is it from 20 years ago" ... now we have iPhones ... /yeah

how many currencies have come & gone in the past few thousand years?

trade has & will ALWAYS be around, currency is just the means of Governing control & accounting of any trade .... period

how many currencies have come & gone in the past few thousand years?

i lived the experience after Katrina. armed w/o electricity for months. (except i did have generators.) and a stockpile of fuel.. most did not. cell phones don't work w/o a charge.

if i can get a 15 min close

above 1.3818 i'm long T1 1.3850 Just shy of the recent high.
below 1.3765 i'm short T1 1.3715 Looks like a good target with some support

Why? looks like we have some congestion between these levels since the pair broke new highs around the 1.3860 level and has since retraced a bit. So just drawing some basic S/R lines i got this conservative channel. If we can get a close below or above I will enter a position shooting for a continuation.

Stops are TBD, but at least will be 1:1 R/R

any thoughts on this trade plan?

I was stationed in Florida at that time & did clean up in Biloxi {keesler afb} ... and packed up supplies for New Orleans.

Stopped off the highway {i-10} and went to drive through a little of the outskirts of N.O. as much as we could and it was like an apocolypse movie ... no signal, no streets lights, trash, etc. Feel bad for whoever was living in that ...

then talk about inflation, went to the nearest 'open' area with power and there was a McDonalds ... literally paid about $13.00 for a sausage biscuit & OJ but was hungry and figured the money is being pocketed by those who need it ...

Point is {assumed by you to} ... be prepared, this is all just propaganda to keep the rich ... rich ...

aside from that, grew up with plenty of tornado's equating to no power for days {more then a week in a couple instances} & snow storms/ice that would do the same damage ...

The current rate of GBPUSD may give some hints about the future move of EURUSD; I had a previous position of GBPUSD bought @1.538 sold @1.60 and then sold again and bought back @1.576, many pips but just a single lot, so not much profit but more experience. Now it came back to previous levels and GBPUSD currently ranges at 1.62 which (I believe) gives a trading chance for up to @1.672 or even 1.70 if the resistance at @1.628 is broken. (or back to 1.56 if 1.6118 is broken) Just my idea but when we check weekly EURGBP rate (0,85-0.86 range), we reach a EURUSD rate of @138.6-139.3 for @1.628. Today, I will keep an eye both on GBPUSD and EURGBP to see the reaction after GBP Services PMI. Although I completely agree that we should not trade the news; previous reaction of GBP to news was enormous, if it happens again, it might pull EUR together up and we might find a good position to enter short again; I would wait if it will break the channel, if not, I will enter short at that certain point; which would be just close below 1.39.

PS> Currently GBP trades at 1.6186.

Mine ... tight SL's ... ECB meeting in 6 hours & Asian holiday = possible violent moves & exaggerated moves ...

PA means nothing leading upto ECB as that can 'jumpstart' a trend going into Friday's US nfp.

Not to mention, look at daily candlestick close for last trading day ...

Yeah cretical situation , price go above 3818 may be 3843 stop before down again or price breaks at 3763 ,open channel for 3683.what will actually happen !! a c failure at 3763 possible for the up above the top. also may be needed to sell the news whatever today & ready for next day with more heavy nfp effects or success here , the top hold.Not tradble eitherway till it happens.

as seen h1 tf with optimized ma for the last move up.

going off that last comment also, cell phones don't work without a TOWER ... when I was in that area, no signal was to be found for miles & miles ... scary crap ... truly could have disappeared & never been found in any way, shape, or form ...
