DislikedOMG Azim just realised Juniors birthday. My goodness it seems like only yesterday when you broke the news of his birth. Wishing him the very best in this world and the hereafter.Ignored
DislikedI wouldn't touch short trades simply because the htf is very bullish.
Switch to the D1 & you'll see that the bull flag is now in play. Take the D1 close yesterday & you'll find no reason to sell. Even atm price is trading above the W1 pvp resistance & above yesterday's hi.
In hindsight yes the drop since LO would've allowed for some profit but it is the riskier option because you'll be shorting in the middle of nowhere.
Not to say that I don't counter trend trade, I do. But when something is trending so...Ignored
Dislikedthanks for the explanation and ifty as well.I got your vision now.
please find attached some screenshots of my brain section
to see why I triggered the sell trades.Ignored
Dislikedand thank you too. Well your chart explains why we both are not looking & not trading the same thing. You're trading off the m5, something which I am not currently doing
1 question tho regarding the 1st chart attached. I see you had circled the oscillators to show us your sell trigger. Mind me asking what's the purpose of the ichimoku on your chart? Because the m5 candle was clearly above kumo. I thought having all those things on chart, you'd want them to at least align before pulling the trigger. Sorry for being a bit thick.
thanksIgnored
Dislikedhi there
well the first chart is on M5 but the second is H1
on the second I use the trend line breakout strategy which I guess you all know.If not I can explain as it is simple.
On the first chart even if it is M5 I still look on the higher TFS to confirm the direction.
On M15 the cross was already in place so even if the candle was above the cloud we still had the Kijun -sen flat which attracts the price as a magnet ...after all ichimocku means ''equilibrium at a glance''
the same flat line can be found on H1 and H4 as I mentioned before.

and dang... i bail it too earlyIgnored
Dislikedlol, that's about all a man should do - shoot straight
btw .. you know that bullflag on your d1 is valid no?Ignored
DislikedHowever, getting closer to what us retailers normally trade off, the immediate resistance atm is @1.63
We've had a breakout from the W1 pivot resistance @6144, so that now serves as immediate support. There's no retest of the broken 6144 yet, & there's a good chance of that happening. Will wait to see what happens there, if 6144 holds then will continue to buy the dips. If it fails, I'll start to look for selling opportunity.
Good luckIgnored
DislikedRight now I'm watching the 5M to see if it will form into a tight pattern then release... up or down. I'll let it set the direction for now.
In every case there is always a c.pattern on a tf to spring from and support a trade.
Just my views.

Dislikedthere's the retest. Let's see if we're able to load longs some more or will be forced to bail.
Good luck.Ignored
