I am short eur at 1.24650. Currently suffering this stupid drawdown. But still staying with shorts on eur/chf

I dont have a problem with criticism , i've come to a point where critics from other people dont affect my trading or my emotions.

Yes it's true i dont make calls, but there are many reasons why i dont make them, they just stress me they make pressure and yes then i do have to justify every trade if it loses .. why i took it and whatever, further i see everyday in this forum all the people making calls and trying to be important but i've never seen anybody succeeding, anyway if you dont like my postings feel free to put me on your ignore list - sincerely i dont care, but dont forget calls dont make money, and im not here to be get admired, im trading to pay my bills and buy food.

i'm telling you one thing the brashness you have to tell me i'm gambling is just ridiculous, its not gambling its trading, i've been trading like this since 2006 and every year since then i'm in profit. people like you with this weird inferiority complex always criticizing others and with this weird sarcasm just destroy forums like this and make them actually unreadable.

and maybe just maybe if you take a look a the following charts you will get a hint why this was such a good entry.

3 different timeframes 3 different trendlines.
yes gambling... normally im a peaceful person but i cant stand it when people just like to demoralize others.

According to your question the rumour is that from yesterday Swiss Bank started to buy CHF. Also USDCHF moved sharply up. Unfortunately for us we never know when they are planning to buy and how much. On another hand it was predictable that this happens...was only a matter when

Just a question. Why do you say it's smart that they suggest 1.20 and then they do something to prevent anything lower than 1.25?

Bla bla bla... i congratulated you did i not? why then you need to be such a jackass. your post are all about on how criticism ruins the forums. You went against the trend did you not? you post your calls late. nobody wants to know about how much you've made if you dont post your calls earlier. What's true is that the daily down-trendline is still intact and going against the trend is a risk. If you have more than 6 years you should know better about following trends and not trying to catch falling knifes. Ignore.. no i won't ignore i'm here to get all the info and who knows someday you start positing your calls and really helping... you should not be such a jackass about criticism.. accept it, it was a good trade though risky (against the trend), you made it thats what it matters, congrats, done.

Good trade , reasons & charts . i started buy also for long term to see if can do successfully , anti-trend ok , price may do from present levels or more down also ok .we can only risk with a reason , person specific, strategy specific or even tf or trend whatsover.

Thinking there new trends may start in so many pairs with the onset of the new years, eurchf, usdjpy, usdchf, gbpjpy > all long. at least medium term, if no great .

As an example, if someone started to trade a few months ago and saw Swiss Bank statement it is possible that the new trader went short on this news. Let`s assume many traders went short after their announcement... and the Bank made exacly opposite move. Other words they took others traders money on news their created...

Smart for them...that`s what I had in mind

On the 4 hour chart I see that the there are a possible short-term pause on the downtrend. EUR/CHF 4 hour chart is idicating some kind of condolitation formation or possible reversal.

I'm not buying just yet despite the trendline break.
I would wait for a re-test of the broken trendline to go long and these are the levels I'm looking at for more short opportunities.

Price has been testing the 1.24 waters going on 3 weeks now, and so far has found it too cold... I would like it to take the plunge and get some more profit off my short at 1.32... IF my 1.27 stop gets taken out, will probably go long at 1.28, I think price will retrace up to the 1.3 area.... but thats only IF price can break resistance at 1.27. See what happens...

Both EUR.CAD & EUR.CHF could bounce from that 4H level, what PA would you take as confirmation off up or downtrend resumption? I would take a uptrend retrace of over 38.2% Fib which is:

EUR.CAD 1.3000
EUR.CHF 1.2533

Eur/Chf is is technically in a possible triangle now.
But I don't know why there is support right now.


Reasons:
1. BoSwitzerland is buying (intervene) (very possible, because of raising Usd(chf)
2. Profit-taking (some maybe but not in that mass)
3. News only Insider now altough it is forbidden

on news right now it makes no sence at all. So as usual BoSwitzerland is highly involved burning more money from their people.

Wait for portugal on wednesday (thursday?). THEN we see what's going on.

Dont get fooled now but set you SL (at least to 1.2750 !)
and STOP BUYING BoS !!(damn stupids...)

x:24 ->right now the decision for today comes... 1.2620 critcal level... if hold new highs today but on 6 PM GMT Switzerlandboys from S-Bank go home, funny isn't it. Stopping burning money for today, just to buy "lower" tomorrow .

This was a good hint for you also to calculate cultural behaviour before you invest

Well it depends from where you are.
For my part, a strong CHF is not good at all.
I prefer seeing EURCHF going up than down !
But Euro is still very weak, so don't know it could continue to go up..

We have a strong resistance @ 1.278 which is also a 23.6 fib level.

I can't believe that UK data influenced so much for this pair....like that Armagedon has fallen....we've seen a drop in USD/CHF and EUR/USD simultaneously...equities have fallen, but have reversed their loss quickly, which surprised me...as it is, that doesn't happen with this pair....no matter if the hawkish talk on inflation and rates prospectives play a significant role for the EURos favour and continuation of EUR/CHF rise....
