I don't want to judge or criticize anyone's particular trading style because, hey, if your going to put the money out on the table, I won't stop you. But I thought I had to share my professional opinion and maybe you can learn something you haven't learned yet in the last 20 years.

You started $20M order @ 1.3215 and adding $20M per 2 pips would equate = 1.3219 average position running about $1,000/tick. So you lost -$20k ([1.3215-1.31115 ]* $200) trying to make $6,000([1.3225-1.3219]*1,000) excellent trading.

I was wondering, how are you seeing "ABN-AMRO" bids from a (retail) TD Ameritrade Platform? Also if your initial $20M entry was at $1.3215.. you obviously held this position over the weekend... I don't know of any professional trader who leaves $20M on the table over the weekend for 10 handles (actually 6 handles when position is averaged -fees); considering the EU event risk clusterfuck. (unless you are GS, a reputable DMM(non-bank) or a bulge bracket... leaving $20M on the table is WAY out of your league and professional faux pas). No euro broker/euro DMM would EVER think to do that.

I don't think you even understand what happens when you put a $20M trade out on one handle. It does not all fill there. The algos/HFTs have a field day, run it down as much as it can until $20M in sell-side interest is left, and then, POP. What I am trying to say is the push down overnight was for long positioning; you got stopped and a bunch of algos got long.

there is 2.. i got a zoom on the second shot. purple was the mid and a tl.. red older channel bottom. we are below both now.. plus a major fib at 3123x... so we may be topping here at the bottom..

I am just wondering guys, what is the point of pages and pages of this kind of post, isnt it fairly obvious that it will either go up or down? why do we need a chart to point out the obvious as if it is some kind of clever analysis?

Your correct, why do we post so many pages of "What If" stuff.

But maybe someone might see something from someone's post...

Personally it does not matter to me if it goes up or down anyways, since I trade the 1min chart mostly.

While others wait for trades to form, there are multiple areas to attack....

21 pips on a very jagged market.. I see this stuff every day anyways.

i went back and zoomed tl since close and we are below tl. but we closed 1/2 a pip above 3123.4 at 3123.9.. i wanted below 3123.4... its so close i just dont know st.. but we did close below the tl's...... maybe that is enough.. st i see 3190 still. still expect 2969 +...

we are now in a bearish trend, but the momenti is falling and today it build a bullish divergence...so there is a possibility that it's heading up
