does anyone know what is it with the chf that keeps going up agains dollar and euro? any idea when it will go up again? any events happening?

I went long @ 0.9572. Reason: it's at its historic low again. so no 'strategy' to copy I guess. I'll now exit my trading app and not look at it again for a few days lol, I hope that it'll get back to a historic high at some point. Yeah I'm nuts. My target is something like 1.09 ..

A crazy rationale , which I am taking too, and not for the first time. Naturally, with a small amount giving me a possibility to average if going very much against expectation...

USD/CHF confronts with support at around 0.9560.
Also, seeing some divergence: price appears in the same level as in begining of November. But RSI appears lower.
+ all-time low is seeing near, buyers may enter the market soon.
Be careful, trend is down, price broked last trendline (see chart below).
Keep your stoploss tight.

Actually, this is a topic that has really interested me in the past couple of months. I've converted about 1/3 of my savings into Swiss Francs and have seen about a 7% return in just 2 months. I am very bullish on CHF and I think this is a solid long-term investment whether you go conservatively as I did, or with a currency pair, I don't think you'll lose.

Well, this "junky" investment has now garnered me a 9.3% profit in about 6-8 weeks. The Franc has been surging lately, and I think it has nowhere to go but up. Sure, there will be corrections along the way, but this is solid in the longterm as the dollar continues to be debased. I'm about to purchase some gold and silver too, put it in a drawer, and forget about it. You'd be wise to get out of the dollar as well.

bill for Swiss Franc is 10 Francs.

And USD has $1 bill.. To me 1 Franc

worth about $0.25-$0.30, yes:

But Swissy no way should be even close to 1:1 to USD.. Basic shoes cost

500 Francs in Switzerland, which you can buy in US for $30-$50..

Why you buying Franc is unknown to me, since it's still currency, which

is PAPER, backed up by nothing..

I'd load up on Silver instead.. Same goes for Japanese YEN..

This is just f* crazy.. Whole Country could be wiped out by Tsunami in

less than 24 hours. Country with over 200% Debt to GDP..

What Japan have? Except Electronics, which Made in China anyways?

Currency backed up by nothing but salt water.. Keep buying Franc and

pray.. By the way, what you saw last week is due

to very low liquidity in Forex Market during holidays.. We should see whole different picture starting

tomorrow.. I'd Sell Franc, AUD and JPY..
