as far as i know... its pretty hard to find one im demanding....

The custodial bank is taken care of by having a segregated account... account is on your name if they go belly up the receivers cannot touch your account

Not sure on the mt4 though for interactive ... they might it

Yea well you dont quite understand... much of my money is being runned by a robot which i hired a programmer to develop for a couple of years now and its been quite profitable since... and it only runs on MT4, thing is i wont know what to do alone... soo if the bank provides me a solution of MT4 id go with them...
Besides though a Bank sounds good with the amount of money i got... i doubt any bank out there would give me the same growth im having right now..

the only thing that will give you growth is your trading....who you trade with is not determinant of your success. Its all about your needs. If you are in fact trading with over 500k there is no way you should be a retail broker who is most likely slipping the hell out of your account and giving you terrible fills....

go to a bank if you have money! i know dukascopy has segregated accounts with large banks for holders who have more than 250k....they offer great spreads on that account like .5 pips eu

cloggie: I see an uptrend, yes, but also read your posts lately(and you were always right, it seems) and its nice to see you to confirm my direction. At least thats what I saw in your posts...that we are going to the 1.40 level, and if we hit 1.42, it might go to 1.44.

Yes 'blackbox and whitebox' trading is much more easy to be done with a real trade station as well ...

Definitely consider that, thanks mfoste! i might be in forex but i sure dunno much when im talking bout institutional stuff or running with a big money, by the way my account is not just my money, its a collective trust fund im running so its only logical when i got 20-30 ish considerably rich clients investing on my fund...

but yea ill consider the bank options...

trading over 500k with over 100:1 lev eh? lol.........
Institutional traders trade 40 mil accounts with 400:1 leverage, there is an advantage to being able to leverage yourself out.

A gap is a tradable pattern, only when everyone has it. As mentioned several times in this thread, in forex there are almost no gaps. Definitely not this time! I am with Oanda, they open earlier than most and i see no gap, none, not a single pip. So what you would see on your chart is the distance the price moved while your broker was not yet opened for business. That is hardly a tradable pattern, just blindly selling/buying. Which perhaps is true for most systems around here anyway, so I guess its ok...

Agree, not everyone sees the same chart. However the gaps generally tend to fill in shot order, furthermore I have strong "sell" signal for short term trades that coincides with the gap.

I keep demo MT4 account with several big FX brokers to correlate their chart data. Both have same gap to some extend.

I agree, if you have a sell signal given by your system, then by all means. Multiple brokers will show the gap if they happened to open at the same time. But like I said, this is not a real gap, unless it is present everywhere. A real gap happens if there was not enough open interest at certain price levels, and the instrument never actually trades at those levels. The price has clearly traded, at the prices everyone here claims to be gap. The gap pattern has a certain logic behind why it is being filled most of the time. Without the real pattern there cant be real logic. Hope this helps someone...

2134 GMT [Dow Jones] EUR/USD "caught a bid" in early Asia, bolstered by news Ireland will make use of an EU/IMF bailout. Phil Burke, J.P. Morgan senior trader in Sydney, says early gains haven't triggered stop-loss buying; rise has further pushed pair toward top of range. EUR/USD high so far 1.3747, up from early lows around 1.3690. Burke says China tightening moves late Friday will cap upside moves. Also expects USD strength to be retained overall as year-end positioning sees USD shorts squeezed. EUR/USD now 1.3724, AUD/USD 0.9879.

Give it up sergiu, I have tried this for weeks, the retailers here all believe in this myth and will flame down anyone who offers any reason to the contrary.

None of the pros trade this, just a few noobie retailers on the eurusd thread. And they wonder why they lose. They all think that the retail broker is a true reflection of the market and that Goldman, Barclays and UBS all use Oanda.
