A good analogy is a bouncing ball, if a ball hits a table from a height at a shallow angle you do not expect it to bounce back very high, same with price. If it does bounce back high of a shallow decent to the level you know the big boys are protecting that and using it as an opportunity to buy.

Once it approaches a level, picture "h" in the price, if it remains an "h" and does not form a "w" then you can expect the level to give and form...

Exactly as described, the big boys love this, kind of like getting euros at half price, some muppet buys it of you only to hand it back to you for free when you run his stop.

Today is the final normal trading week for the year, downhill from here. Half a week next week and then loads of the big boys will call it quits till Jan.

china has over a billion people.. food prices have risen 60% in china. commodities should continue with all things =.. (they have actually fell recently). qe has made prices rise since June. all the people consuming food by this time have put pressure on wages to increase (to pay for higher food cost). both of these are inflationary on all prices. . bb is not easing up on qe. so china has to raise peg to prevent hyper inflation. either way inflation will reduce demand caused by high prices. it makes us exports more attractive. it makes Chinese exports to the u.s./world less attractive. reduced Chinese exports means less commodity pressure. a big circle.
atm you got entire ez, China and still Dubai.. any one could be huge..

Buyers still absorbing what sellers are offering ... you never know though how much of a selling dump will come through on a Friday; I'd expect buyers to continue picking it up, as the day is pretty much done, and moving/closing 20 pips from here would be surprising IMO. Gettin' 10-15 pips at a time here, but will close up shop soon.

big weekly bears would be looking to close the week below 3573..on one platform and 3606 on anther. 3550 would be even better. it don't look promising atm.. but to get momentum, you need a run and start.
