This is where it gets hard, knowing when not to trade. It is exactly that part that turns trading into a job, you need a plan. Unfortunately back testing Elliot wave is very hard as your feelings and the way you look at things changes from day to day.

DislikedI don't get Elliott Wave theory. It just seems so random and subjective. Very loosely defined rules and large number of nested waves, you can make it fit any chart.
There are 3 people, who I see, post Elliott wave analysis on this thread and they are almost consistently wrong. And they also tend to spin on a dime and have a ready excuse for why their analysis failed.
