PipStunner - you trade all of these other currencies, but only post in the Cable thread. It doesn't seem fair that we should hog all of your expertise. Maybe some people on the other threads would appreciate your presence?

just checking the subsequent pa since my own trading session finished earlier this Uk morning, it's a takle of the 76.4% fibs, both involved in a confluence of other supp/res factors that saw price rise from the current intraday low 5758 and find supply at the confluence of said 76.4% 5895-5758 with the descending trend line on 1hr and the previous 1hr swing hi zone...at the current intraday hi. The current intraday lo was at the 76.4% 5716-5895.

Here is an interesting read about how the markets work. Not aimed at you Delite, but rather than post twice, I thought I get it in this post. This one is courtesy of Rob (priceaction) via twitter and it is a great analogy of how the markets work!

Still waiting on 1.5730, although I have already cashed in some of my short position. DIX will hit supply at ~78.50 and we might go back down from here (Dollar weakness). If the equity markets continue to show weakness, this bounce in the DIX might even reach 80. Great for my long-term shorts on EU, but I missed the boat on GU. Still, I don't want all of my eggs in the dollar basket!

Stop moved to 1.57994

If it makes the 4hr ema im out or if price goes back my stop will take me out. Either way im going to be trialing this.

Well done! I have used Magix M1 20/200 crossover today and gained 57 pips! It is really good for me, because having analysed waves, S&R and price action and drawn suitable conclusions, I now actually get a visual trigger, which is what is needed at the moment.

Magix aka Deuce says two touches of the MA and then it normally breaks. This is the second touch, maybe a small bounce back up and then down again. For me demand is at 1.5750-1.5764 and I still have my sights set on 1.5730 today.... but I could be wrong. Whatever happens, I have made my pips today on both EU and GU.

Still, it was an excellent trade using Magix's MAs, so well played and nicely done

pound has been very up and down, im not interested in capturing every pip on the moves.

But this method could suit me fine.

B - can you please explain which t/f you are looking at? I can't see this as being a second touch on any t/f. Help...!

bbakker,

I am trying the smaller t/f, used daily and weekly for about 3 years now and decided that i wanted to become a more flexible trader.

Any timeframe, sideways or trending market.

We all know it forms the same patterns and pa, on 1 minute upto weekly t/f

The lower t/f has been difficult for me to adjust to, but its looking more promising .
