Thanks, I know that I thought that he had a different way of knowing I did not think about the time difference as I am here in US and the time is 8:40 and he said 1h30 so that where the confusion was.

EURUSD up or down?

It's a lot of fuss about nothing.
USDCHF seems to be at it 61.8 Fib Expansion Level (2008.11.01 - 2009.11.01)
around 0.9635 and further donwside movements could be possible (may be 0.9, may be 0.86 or so). EURUSD could struggling around 1.37- 1.43/46 for good measure.

A lot of options got busted today.




I see still 3 remaining:




a) we have not seen the top and have finished a wave 4 down, now impulse up with a new high




b) same as a), but we are in a bigger corrective muster in wave 4 down (we have done an A-leg, now in B and C
to come (down beneath 1.3672)



c) we are in a big 1-2, 1-2 count. To remain valid, price must not exceed 1.4003



d) we are in a big Leading Triangle (3-3-3-3-3). We have build the first 3 waves down (abc) for wave red 1, now in abc up for red wave 2





I favor the option d right now.



Let me explain:


Option a) I can not see a clear impulse for the recent wave up. When it is ready I am sure to see a ABC. For me it has the look and feel of a ABC


Option b) is OK, we would right now be in a wave B up.


Option a) and b) both would imply, that there was a "missing" wave 4 in the upmove since end of August. I have researched that wave again and again, on really every timeframe, made the counts fit with Awesome Oscillator and RSI, and my conclusion is, that there is no "missing" wave 4. 100%? No, certainly not, but maybe 70-90%.


Option c) I think we can discard that, because the recent upmove is a few pip under 1.4003 and is tracingout a triangle. After this triangle is finished, we get a nice upmove

Option d) this one fits best with my count of the preceding upmove since end of August. The recent wave red 2 has now already retraced 62% of wave red 1 and will likely reach the 82% zone. Both red wave 1 and 2 have a typical zigzag view and are hard to count. When you can not count a clear impulse, it is likely corrective. This count would be invalidated with wave red 2 getting over 1.4159
