now i bet inflation is higher than they admit.
dollar devalue (and this is where trend lines on weekly charts help you) to 76 level got them all jumping crazy about inflation. cause i bet it's higher.
So they raise rate. but that tempers also growth and risk.

USA going to devalue more. until they get what they want and the KEY is WON going up. because you just can't raise rates enough when inflation hitting the fan.

Also if US is doing the devalue thing they also create inflation which they desire, get the deflation risk off. get the won moving up. gaining exports. Stimulating the economy. Having debt lower because of weak dollar. stocks up price commodities up.

Do you agree ?

So why buy the dollar ? Dollar going up is going to help China more than US.
Also people BS about Q,E .. q.e means nothing just BS media. BS also about China destroying the dollar. they need the dollar.

So why long USD ? i mean over the long term.

All these geniuses yelling dollar is dead, trash, etc etc. Go back in this thread to 2006 and 7 while the eu was on this massive bull run to 1.6 The same rhetoric was being said then also. But when ish hit the fan, You saw whose currency was king. Aka safe haven. The USD!

did you read the short article? i was wondering about this table's last line. it basically states, the usd-long is a kind of set and forget thing for a few weeks.
nothing comes as a straight line, but this comes close, doesn't it?

current pa signalizes the same shitty (in this case it's bearish) pa in the near term future. no movement whatsoever, so that it can pick up where we left it.

not a bad thing for me, but i guess one day one of the big tls have to give way.

my set and forget was usdx above 76.88 the next the current high... above 78.26 (floating)

alright, currently cci on weekly (usdx) is at -105.8936. so when we get >-100, the real party begins? this is weekly, on lower tf it is above 0 already.

I missed so many pending sells today that didn't fill, no decent retraces so far. Hoping the working wedge will give good entry at 3750/75. Any thoughts? Still got my 4085 sell since Friday. Also entered at 4150 but accidently closed it in a late morning hour in stead of another st trade. sucks big time.

haha, the same happened to me. i was fiddling with moving a stoploss to break even on a tiny position and moved the wrong one. big position stopped out, tiny one was at a loss for a few hours. it sucks when things keep you busy. i'm working on that one.

yeppers... your reading it wrong. 0 is not important. google it. for an explanation on how it works, on the usdx it already crossed... i use 60... so its a strong move,

Too much screen time. From now on I'll take a walk for at least a couple minutes a day .
