Good day to you,

This chart is just a longer term directional chart.

On the longer term - we are at an important level. Sure - oversold, for now, but we may be heading for a longer term cross which will see further downward pressure building over the next few days.

I will watch with interest over the next day or two to see if we turn, or if we continue selling pullbacks.

I guess the pullback isn't ready to happen yet. Bears have taken back the most recent 1hr chandle after a slight move up.

Agreed. What would invalidate the dragonfly? Are you trading the pullback or just the down move?

Looks like a close back above 1.5742 support DS2 is required before moving on to test the WS1 at 1.5794. 5742 stoped this last 1hr candle on it's move up.
