US PMI is forcasted as positive and better than last month but forcast is still the second lowest reading since February (only better than last month) if forcast plays out.

This does not really show improvement per say but maybe stablization since last month.

Could any PMI reading prove to be bullish for the USD? Over 55 perhaps? Or would any readingh better than last month cause people to buy stocks and dump dollars causing the EUR and GBP to climb some more?

Worse than forcasted reading or less than 50 may cause people to buy USD's for safety?

How do ppl think News will affect?

Good news = Positve for the stocks? Or will it make the chance of QE less likel, and make Stocks go down?

Nothing to do with the stocks.
I agree all indications are positive.

Just a whisper that an early door push down will occur. Not sure if that will prove to be the death of the climb or the start of a long run upwards.

These whispers are sometimes wrong..... but not very often.

I see. But if stocks raise nd make DJ30 go over 10800 I think that would make USD fall. But will see
No reason to enter a trade at the moment.

I am pretty sure GBP/CAD will have another look down.

It very often do! And if the USD is falling because of stocks raising, GBP got good numbers earlier today.

Just back and see cable pulled back further to the very extreme of the previous 1hr/4hr swing hi zone with 38.2% of the day's current upmove confluence , before fresh buy the dip demand emerged...Above current Hi this previous 1hr/4hr swing hi zone extends to 5921 and above there not much in sight in way of potential resistance factors ahead of the previous 4hr/daily swinng hi up to 5997...this said we still have no daily candle close above the descending trend line on that t/f...will this be day ?

True, it almost always does.

BUT, speculators have been flying round like buzzards (Look at this morning - roughly 06:00 GMT and Sunday evening, roughly 21:20 GMT), they have pots of gold (some literally), greatly enhanced having cashed in the commodities stashes.

If they see weakness, they exploit with ruthless precision.

I may be wrong, it has been known.....

But I believe it will grow weak quickly on any move over 1.59 - if it achieves that again.

Only time will tell if I am right.

I will keep shorting above 1.5885 and hope for the best. :-)

Started a bit late today
So just have my longs from 1.586-1.5873.
That not going to great,so no trades in the bank yet.
Dollar index also seems bullish now. Guess ill be closing this one at 1.5858!
Hoping for gold to set a new high. Could turn things around for me. But not to much hope at the moment.

Had a great day yesterday, broke 1000% return on my money since I opend my account some time ago, so started abit late today

I have been trading, save for a one year break, for 17 years.
A little rust here and there, only started again in August, but I am avergaing 52% a month.
It's good enough for an old timmer :-)
