usually by this time before a major US update Cable would be driven down........... is it possible that the update will be good news for USD and that is one of the reasons for Cable to go up?

i honestly cannot answer that as I do not know if professional money is driving the pair up because of the due data release. If they are, I am only grateful for it. I only react to the price on chart.

Aren`t this news that very well coud strenghten the dollar?
Because it now is less reason for FED to start printing more money, and then the stocks are likely to fall and the dollar is likely to strenghten?

Atleast for a little pullback to the downside
