Check out the choice of words used in the minutes and today's speech and you'll see how much more dovish the latter was compared to the former.

What do he realy mean by saying " They perhaps reinforcing a persistenly low-growth oucome as in apan in the 1990s" Why does this cause the GBP to loose alot of value?

In plain English, he is saying that the UK is screwed for the next 10 years and that every BOE estimate to date is wrong.

Okey. The economy is so bad that they can`t grow?
But why does this affect the GBP? Are the BoE are making more pound to try lower in it value to make a recovery cheaper?

Ihave 2 entries for short and target of 1.5714-1.5700 after which i intend a full long entry from there. I have been analysing this move off the 4hrs waiting for this break, but not moe than today.

Yes it is a pair, but when half of the pair gets decimated by the Central Bank, the second becomes irrelevant.
