I'm talking about your second sentance, this changes nothing he is simply stateing again what was said within the BoE minutes of last week.

Keep up! I was discussing this last week and I think you missed it.

You are entirely missing the message in Posen's speech, go google it and read it for yourself. Now compare that to the BOE statement and draw your own conclusions.

Currencies can move hundred of pips when 1 word changes, what do you think a 10 year change in outlook is going to do.

Posen single handedly changed the entire economic outlook of the UK in one sentence and most people here are entirely missing the significance instead harping on about a BOE statement from last week.
