Best shorting opp of the day with patterns of bearish divergence to the 1hr chart,...5min is shown below....price now below that previous 1hr swing hi x 3 zone (= potential rbs) supply absorbing and residual demand there and extending now toward 76.4% of the current intraday lo-hi

Exactly, that's why the techies win every time. But even with the Fundies present, if they oppose the technical view, then the techies again win every time, barring anything cataclysmic.

I love trading the days when the techies and fundies agree, you then get the largest moves, they are the no brainer trades, which is great for me, I like being dumber then a box of rocks.

1hr looks like this now...price at the steepest trend line line...other fibs not shown here include swings up from 5296, 5347 and 5503 to current Hi and these and ones shown are forming clusters in certain places, the nearest being the 3 fib cluster shown just below that steepest 1hr ascending trend line

1140 on es and 10800 on DOW are holding sofar. Consumer and Pharma holding equities down so far. Tech and commodity stocks still rallying, that should stem the flow here shortly.

Any shorts on Cable should still be seen as Counter scalps, no sustained pullback yet.

I have benefited from adding ftse dow gold silver and platinum charts to my list and looking for correlations. Quite exciting as this aspect of trading is new to me. Are there any signs or indications to give an early warning of when the market shifts from risk on/off focus to something else and vice versa?

Am not buying this one, for the first time today, equities are not finding any support yet and are continuing to slide. I am looking for short scalps for now to see where the equities find ultimate support, if any.

I ignore the FTSE, silver and platinum, instead just focus on es, DOW, NYMEX gold and oil, that's where the risk appetite is.

uCAD 0269 failed, one of the 3 triggers for a long is not holding up here.
