I think the euro is enjoying the dividends of good rhetoric for now, I hope it all translate to lasting actions. But truth be told, on long term I don't see how the common currency would survive onslaught of budget deficits and debt burdens that are coming. Only Germany can't hold it from crashing, more hands needed. . . Spain?

The eur had a triangle break up and the gbp was down , may be another little contributing factor

Ok simple reasons why long can be a bad idea other than for scalping. Below DP, below 5m 200 ema. It broke out of a small bullflag but is still in a bullflag.

I reckon there is still some drop, but its just a feeling just like your reason to long.

because there is no sterling strength. I've been saying this for a while now.
only the slight weakness in dollar had been holding cable up.
Currently the immediate is back to flat & you'll have to make do with the range trades. It will stay that way till the dx & the gbplfx starts to oppose.
Overall tho, cable is still bearish.

Believe you are right , as a trader tho I really dont care whats behind it as long as there is rumors and trouble and stories etc etc what ever it takes to make it move lol, dont care which way or how far just as long as it moves

Hidden divergence on the 5 minute at the point of the 38.2 fib retrace from this morning's drop. Time for a quick short?

with the current pa, if you flip to the m5 there's much to be made in those mini trends, but if you're trading off the H4 or higher patience is the name of the game.
Being flat is also a position. No shame in playing it safe.

Thank you. I do not use any indy or Pivot points or trend lines.. All i do is look at the chart and the market depth screen, similar to level II screen (provided by Mb Trading), to find strength and weakness... I am seeing a bullish Price action in this pair starting from yesterday. I might be wrong...
