You are the one all flying off the handle. I realize that taking a shit trade can put anybody in a pissy mood, especially if you sat for a week and watched 500 walk past you and newb traded the bottom of the chart, but that's not my fault.

Shall we continue downtrend?? After the news effect on the pair? I don't know... But still got the bearish sentiment around me... Plus the pair is still in a downtrend channel of mine in 4H TF..

I'll wait for a good entry signal to run another short today; otherwise, will just leave the market empty handed..

Spreadbet trading is truly a zero sum game. They are glorified bookies and will always reserve the right to shut you down if you are too profitable. I will set anyone a challenge....:

Find me ONE trader who trades full time for a living using a spreadbetting platform. I've been trading 5 years and have yet to meet anyone who makes money consistently spread betting.

I use IG they can be infuriating but i've found over the past 11 months that the fault is more likely a "gap" with my isp not IG or IG finance whose charts i use. (as you do i assume)I always track the price on the ticket rather than the chart movement having written my probable trades out already. Having gone through teething problems i find them to be spot on accurate and a good broker. I just had to learn how to use them to best advantage. Noone's perfect. Lol

Don't they close out your positions at day's end to meet the spirit of the law, because paying a swap is considered investing and to meet the gambling criteria they can't do that?

I've only ever followed Cable in any great depth...have Fibre and Swissy charts open just to check the lie of the land but didn't know 'correlation trading' was an actual method.

May pick your brains one day, probably when you least expect it.

Yep they close and then open a new position at a cost of a pip or two. Can't remember now as it has been months since I last touched their platform.
