Cloggie really needs to comment on this, but I would say your boxes are too large .. this is usually a scalping method, so you define more narrow consolidations. Your bottom box is OK, but the top one, you would have missed that nice breakout. Compare with my chart.

No new high on 4h so you are right, no reason to change bias yet.
99.9% of my call are self made but sometimes it help to have feed back.
Went back in around 80, BE now, let's see if it can ride til 5420!

I like my upper boundary because that's where the up-swing finally ended and would have changed my lower boundary in order to bring it more in line with that desc tl which I find very important as you can trace it back all the way to the 4 h tf. However, then I still miss that breakout. Let's wait for the master to advise.

The topbox is pretty easy look at the 1005 and 1010 (GMT) candle and the 1025 1030 GMT candles, double touches on both always a great pattern to set the box
Yes you do need to keep them relatively small to spot the fakes. If it breaks and returns, don't adjust your range. Unless you get a momentum bar or a long wicked bar, 90% of the breaks are fakes first.
