I think so. There's a tug-of-war going on, one side has to win. Like I said, EURUSD already reached an extension point today with potential to go higher to 1.3042, but I am trading short for all the reason I gave.

European Forex Technicals: USD Weakness To Continue

EUR/USD:


The July 20 reaction high at 1.3029 is now the focus following Monday's push above 1.2966, which coincides with the upwave equality target. Scope has been created for a break above there, opening 1.3045 and the May 10 reaction high at 1.3095. The inverse head-and-shoulders completed in early July has a measured objective at 1.3120. The 1.2930/50 area will look to cushion weakness.


Weekly chart EUR/USD trend: Bullish.



But until this may happen - we might be forced to grapple around with that ugly "ANGLO SAXON INVENTION" - and it is good to know that the IMF will have to pay for that ERROR at least...


So please - EURO - show us a beautiful "DIAMOND FORMATION" there...

Short would be good 4 short-term.

Amie, I see u trade with Harmonic patterns. I recently found in the mql4 site an indicator that automatically recognize all the harmonic patterns (crab, butterfly, gartley etc.)! have a look

From a Daily prospective the uptrend is still intact - and it should continue towards 1.3008 - 1.3024 or 1.3041 at first. This is valid as long as 1.2959 may hold. Limited upside potential at first - while capped there below 1.3018 or 1.3047 zone. If not crossed beyond that - one more pullback and re-test at 1.2959 / 1.2942 or even a pullback to 1.2935 - 1.2926 is possible then. Cross of below 1.2907 - 1.2890 would accelerate the downside.


Highest has been 1.30214 until now (08h52 CET) as relief over the results of the "STRESS TESTS" of Euro-Zone banks still offered some support at market during TOKYO SESSION and early LONDON SESSION. But this could be prior to an "END OF CURRENT TREND" soon - and it seems that risk aversion might be increase once more then...

Let's see how NYSE will do today...


Nothing more to say atm - Cable is a bit more easy to handle / to trade within these days...

Both - Euro and Cable - but Aussie and Kiwi too - they do have positive Trend Potential. CAD is neutral - only Swissy and Godzilla is in bearish bias again...

Seeing my last post also aborted , ok good . Now no need to wait for next 4 hr , H4 bull also aborted , so can take the pullback anytime soon without tug of war .

Ok we have a recent bear 9 confirmed setup on the 1 hour chart and we're rapidly approaching the end of the triangle. I think I'm going to maintain my bearish conviction here and see this come down a way.
