I would expect EUR to be strong as slightly negative stress test results is expected and since all the 6 banks in Greece passed, who can not pass?

Yeah Greece passes...I think not. You KNOW one reason for Greeces crisis is they got caught badly lying about their numbers to the EU.
Also, there was a pre release in the last couple days that Ireland, Austria and SPAIN all passed too. We already know about Spain. EU has Hungary that wouldn't bother with test(they just flat out admit "we're screwed"), Ukraine, Italy, and even German banks in trouble.
The US does not go bad on debt (default). Instead the US will use inflation as their downfall.

The Bearish Tri Star pattern is very rare, but when it occurs it has significant top reversal .
but it is on H4 tf & so not any great perhaps .

I am based in EE and believe me the situation is appalling.
As for the country I am currently based VAT has jumped to 24%, governemtn salaries is cut by 25%, all pensions cut by 25% and there is no credit.
This country was desperate jon the EZ but since it has it has been in desperate financial trouble ever since. None of the promised EU financial aid has been used properly and now its pretty well frozen.
When will people figure out you cannot have one currency for so many different countries with different governments. 2c

Perhaps your right, but I am only willing to Risk 20 pips on my Long EURO trade, if I am stopped out, it meant I was wrong with my analysis. The Market is always right, I am the one that some times makes error in my market judgements/analysis.

20pips stop can be risky , 2839 or 26 can be expected down because I think stress test result still about 9 hrs left & before it may not test up tl for mostly failure to expect & down down play prominently . anyway it work also for tp at 2904 .

Do we think that the affect of these stress tests on the market was seen this past week already....or was this just a run up to get a better price before the release so market makers can short it from higher up?

Sopt this candle & IB to break either side . sell off there , with tristars , utl & ltl , stress test stress etc can lead to take bo towards 1.2713 support but still nothing seems over for bull and at the same time there occured buy signal in H4 & can expect buy after the retracement be over if market behave normal soon. waiting how it acts.

Of course not. They just bailout most of the banks they thaught they should help. And please, forget the rating agencies. They are becoming really annoying. Now, every week we have downgrades of european countries and financial institutions. Why didn't they downgraded Lehman Brothers, Fanny Mae, USA...in 2008/2009?
