avidly watching cnbc so i can go opposite on currencies

10 days ago they said euro was going to 1.10 and then to parity

CNBC is a fantastic contra indicator

I will chart 'mirror image' cnbc against the market and report back.

Anyone having a problem connecting to their broker or to FX Solutions? Everything froze and when I re-logged in, all prices are blank .. cannot trade. ???

Got it custom-build (fxcm's Marketscope).
Mine doesn't change colors, do you happen to know on what criterea (I presume within MT4) it changes color?

Not my day to trade I guess ... earlier I missed 2 good long setups because had to leave computer for a few minutes .. then just now was getting ready to enter at .5137 and my broker platform froze .. technical issues they are working on
Murphy's Law .. all would have been great trades!

Perhaps it doesn't change colors, just to say that when the Hulls are below, buy and above sell...

I been working with one that the Hitman posted, maybe giver a whirl and compare.

Works well on a 15m compared to the hourly, keeps you in trend.

Indicator, template and chart to follow...

I wonder why people put so many Indicators on their chart. It confuses the hell out of me. Too many confirmations needed plus lag.
I actually use divergence on the 5M, 15M, 30M and 1HR on a regular basis very successfully, in conjunction with reversal bars, reversal points and continuity in trading sentiment on all the TF's above.

Another words, if H1, M30 are oversold and M15 just coming out of over sold, I would not take a 5M divergence short. I try to trade all in the same direction, so when Hi and M30 are oversold, I will be looking for 5M and 15M divergence long around some known level of support. You wouldn't take it just because it was divergence.

Also how about MM and risk? Give your self the right opportunity to enter based on divergence and a loss won't effect you. Start adding positions as the trade goes in your favor from know S&R levels and you could take 5 losses in a row and end up with a winner to take care of your financial needs for months.

This gives a comparison on the M15 to play in trend with the hourly.

I would explain more, but I think you get the idea.

If you prefer to just use the indicator, kill recommends to use 16 for length for M30 and below, 20 for hourly and above.

Some change colors, some do not but as you said when price above hull you buy & vice versa.

I see everyone is still chasing indicators, but I just have to say that the one you gave the other day, Magix, is like a little ATM machine...

Or for more specific criteria, you can try the nolag EMA's....

Like the color change of the hulls....
